Terms of Service.

1. Services

EcoHealth Mould Services provides mould inspection, testing, remediation, and ongoing maintenance services using SAN-AIR technology. All services are subject to site assessment and may vary based on the severity and type of mould contamination.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless specified. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment.

3. Assessments

Our initial assessment provides a visual inspection and recommendations. Detailed laboratory testing (air sampling, swab testing) may incur additional costs, which will be communicated before proceeding.

4. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If mould returns within the warranty period specified in your service agreement, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost, provided the underlying moisture source has been addressed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe access to the property and affected areas
• Addressing underlying moisture issues (leaks, ventilation, drainage)
• Following our post-treatment care recommendations
• Informing us of any known hazards on the property

6. Limitation of Liability

While we use industry-leading SAN-AIR technology and best practices, mould remediation results depend on environmental conditions. EcoHealth Mould Services is not liable for mould recurrence caused by unresolved moisture sources, building defects, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.

7. Cancellation

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. We will always try to reschedule at a convenient time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
